We are very excited to announce that Care360 EHR received the top spot in both the Single Physician Practice and ePrescribing categories of the 2012 Black Book Rankings of Top EHR and EMR Vendors. As the first Black Book ranking for Care360, this recognition shows a rapid growth in awareness and adoption rate by small and medium-sized physician practices.
Black Book is one of the nation’s largest full-service technology and services market research and opinion research companies. For this year’s rankings, Black Book collected ballot results on 18 performance areas of operational excellence from 4,442 users of ambulatory EHR systems.
In addition to earning the top ranking in both the Single Physician Practice and ePrescribing categories, Care360 EHR placed in five other categories. It placed in the top three spots for Primary Care Physicians and Women’s Health, and in the top 13 of three other categories.
The rankings also showed the key performance indicators that are most important to EHR users. Customization, well-designed interfaces, reliability and easy deployment are the most important factors influencing healthcare providers’ satisfaction with their EHR vendors.
Throughout the development of Care360 EHR, Quest Diagnostics has worked to address these needs. Care360’s intuitively designed interface includes many customizable features and its stepwise approach to adoption makes transitioning from your traditional recordkeeping system easy. Plus, Care360 is a cloud-based EHR, meaning you can rest easy knowing your records are safe, even if your office’s computing technology is compromised.
It’s an incredible honor to have our commitment to understanding the needs of independent physicians recognized on a national level. This achievement demonstrates that although there is always room for improvement, we are meeting our goal to offer healthcare providers a cost-effective, reliable and efficient technology solution.
